We're hiring...... initially for 2 hours per day.
🌟 Lunchtime Welfare Assistant – Mossy Lea Primary School 🌟
Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Start date: January 2026 (after Christmas)
Salary: Lancashire Foundation Living Wage, £12.60 per hour.
Contract: Term-time only, 38 weeks per year
Mossy Lea is a delightful little school with a brilliant atmosphere where everyone mucks in together. Whether it’s warming up our kids’ nutritious meals, making sure they enjoy their lunch hour safely, stacking the dishwasher, or lending a hand where needed — we believe no job is too small when it makes a big difference to children’s day.
We’re looking for someone cheerful, reliable, and ready to be part of a team that thrives on togetherness. You’ll:

Microwave and serve nutritious school meals 🍲

Supervise and support our kids during their lunchtime adventures (both in the hall and outside on the playground) 🏃♀️⚽

Help stack and clear the dishwasher (with a smile!) 🧼
