What a fantastic week of learning and fun across school!

🍃 Acorn Class
In Geography, we’ve been exploring rainforests around the world 🌍🌴 and becoming mini weather reporters! 🎤☀️ Don’t forget to check out our amazing weather report videos on SeeSaw—they’re not to be missed!

In English, we’ve been inspired by The Great Kapok Tree 🌳🐒. This week, we created our own exciting story plans, choosing different animals and getting ready to write our very own rainforest stories next week—watch this space! ✍️✨

🌳 Oak Class
In English, we continued reading our adapted version of Macbeth ⚔️👑. The story truly came alive during our drama workshop at The Lowry 🎭—what an experience! We couldn’t wait to get back to school to read the final battle scene and finally discover Macbeth’s fate! 😲

In History, we revisited King John 👑 and uncovered why he was such an unpopular king. We learned all about the Magna Carta 📜 and even created our own versions for school, coming up with some brilliant ideas we’d love to put into action! 💡

🌲 Forest Friday
This week we enjoyed the outdoors with some creative tree rubbings 🍂🖍️—a perfect way to connect with nature and explore textures around us.
